$149, once. You get your exact Plan, one maintained installation guide you can print, shopping and verification material, up to three notification-only automations, and email Completion Assurance. You buy and install the hardware yourself.

Four notification patterns, with no more than three installed instances total and no automatic equipment control.

Email Completion Assurance for the supported path, with no fixed reply cap and a two-business-day response aim.
Completion Assurance
Stay engaged, follow the supported path, or get the OHK fee back if it cannot reach the listed checks.
- Start within 30 days of paid confirmation.
- Email only; no calls, screen sharing, remote access, or onsite work.
- Work pauses after 14 days without your reply and closes after 60 days of silence.
- The separate 14-day request refund remains available.
